Multi-Industry Export Consolidation for an Industrial Facility Installation Project

        For a new industrial facility to be established in the Middle East, a comprehensive supply plan is being developed through manufacturers located in different regions of Turkey. Within the scope of the project, automotive spare parts, technical textile products, machinery and equipment, furniture, durable consumer goods, construction materials, and wood products are included in a single investment program. Since each product group will be supplied by specialized manufacturers in their respective fields, the entire operation requires professional planning and coordination. Ensuring that production processes carried out in different cities comply with the same delivery schedule is one of the key objectives of the project. Therefore, the entire supply process is planned to be managed through a centralized multi-industry export consolidation model.

 

 

        In the first stage of the operation, production schedules will be created for automotive equipment from Bursa, technical textile products from Denizli, machinery and production lines from Konya, office furniture from Kayseri, durable consumer goods from Istanbul, construction materials from Gaziantep, and wooden doors and panel systems from Kastamonu.

 

        GLS Grup will coordinate with each manufacturer individually, managing production schedules, delivery timelines, and packaging standards under a single integrated operation plan. Throughout the production process, all orders will be regularly monitored, potential delays will be evaluated, and necessary actions will be taken to maintain the planned shipment schedule. As products become ready for shipment, export documentation, logistics arrangements, and customs planning will be completed simultaneously. In the final stage, all products will be consolidated and shipped as a single export operation in accordance with the customer’s delivery program.

 

 

        Upon completion of this project, the investor company will benefit from managing the entire process through a single operational center instead of coordinating separately with multiple manufacturers from different industries. Through multi-industry export consolidation, production coordination, logistics planning, and international trade operations will be managed under one integrated structure.

 

 

        This approach enables better control over delivery timelines while contributing to the optimization of operational costs. At the same time, all required product groups for the investment process will be delivered to the project site completely and according to the planned schedule.
